Program Fees cover the cost of tuition and can vary depending on scheduled hours, group numbers and funding. Fees are subject to change. It is best to get in contact to check if you are eligible for a subsidy and request a quote for the course of your choice.

Activity Fees are additional charges that cover the cost of materials, excursions, service and amenities or other items associated with each specific activity e.g., art materials, bowling fees. They are invoiced on a term-by-term basis. These charges are not normally reimbursed through the NDIS.
Commencement part way through a term is billed at a pro rata rate. Outstanding fees from prior terms must be paid before the next term can be enrolled and commenced. Our payment terms are 14 days.
Payment plans can be arranged or in cases of financial hardship, fees may be adjusted or waived. Please feel free to talk to us if you need further information or support with paying your fees.
Refunds
Full refunds will be given for any course or program that is cancelled. Students can withdraw from a course within the first two weeks to be eligible for a partial refund. Other refund requests will be considered by the Manager and decided on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are made for missed classes. If we are unable to deliver classes a credit will be given.
